Our list is built entirely on Georgian natural wine — nothing added, nothing taken away. It is made in qvevriქვევრი · QvevriAn egg-shaped clay vessel, buried in the earth, where Georgian wine has been fermented and aged for some eight thousand years., the clay vessels buried underground as they have been for eight thousand years, by small certified growers we visit, know by name, and stand behind. We serve it the way it is meant to be enjoyed: unhurried, at the table, with good food and better company.
